The San Luis Rey Wastewater Treatment Plant is owned and operated by the City of Oceanside .  The plant serves the areas east of I-5, and is located at 3950 North River Road in Oceanside .  San Luis Rey Wastewater Treatment Plant‘s secondary process is a conventional activated sludge process with centrifuges for biosolids dewatering; the plant was upgraded in 2004 to treat 15.7 million gallons per day (mgd).  The tertiary system is rated at 0.7 mgd, and recycled water produced by the plant is delivered to the Oceanside Municipal Golf Course and Whelan Lake .  Come see this exciting facility and learn about their next plant expansion.

Godwin Pumps specializes in Dri-PrimeR fully automatic self-priming pumps for sales and rentals. Used in temporary and permanent applications, the Godwin Dri-Prime features priming to 28 feet, dry running capabilities, solids handling and high discharge heads.
